Right now, all marketing work is done by one person. The founder of RevFoundry, Todd Kunsman. Hi, nice to meet you! I work on all the current projects and marketing needs. However, I may bring on select expert marketing partners to help as the volume of work increases.
If you don’t want to cancel but want to temporarily pause your subscription, just let us know and we’ll pause your account. And when you are ready again, we'll pick back up right where you left off!
For example, if you sign up and use the service for 15 days, and then pause your subscription, you still have 16 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future before you are charged again.
No prob! You can easily pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional marketing needs. You won’t waste your subscription and it will pick back up where we left off.
Requests will be handled in a custom Trello board dedicated to you. From there, you can then add your requests and include Google docs, Loom video links, or anything else that Trello can support. Everything can be done async for most of our time together.
If you are in the Scale package, this is also where I'll keep track of projects, tasks, and other items. That way you always know what I'm working on.
Typically, just a few days. However, larger marketing requests and execution items in the Growth and Scale packages could take longer. While efficiency and speed are important, the name of the game is also QUALITY.
Due to the effort and volume of the marketing work, no refunds will be issued.
